STATES GRANTS (PRIMARY AND SECONDARY EDUCATION ASSISTANCE) ACT 1996 No. 70, 1996 - SECT 97

97 Nominated authority 
A nomination of a body made by:

   (a)  an aggregation of non-government schools; or

   (b)  an aggregation of non-systemic schools; under a provision of the
        former Act and in force immediately before the commencing day is taken
        to be a nomination made under section 5 of this Act for the purposes
        of the corresponding provision of this Act.
