STATES GRANTS (PRIMARY AND SECONDARY EDUCATION ASSISTANCE) ACT 1996 No. 70, 1996 - SECT 99

The list (the previous list) of non-government schools that was kept by the
relevant Minister immediately before the commencing day under subsection 17(1)
of the former Act (apart from any matters included in that list because of
paragraphs 17(3)(g), (h) and (j) of that Act) is taken to be the list kept by
the Minister under subsection 24(1) of this Act.
