STATES GRANTS (PRIMARY AND SECONDARY EDUCATION ASSISTANCE) AMENDMENT ACT 1995 No. 29, 1995 - SECT 24

24. Section 75 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting subsection (2) and
substituting the following subsection:



"(2) The Minister may make a determination authorising the payment to a State
for a program year after program year 1994 of an amount by way of financial
assistance to the State for expenditure on the approved project, whether the
project is conducted:

   (a)  by the State or by a non-government body established in the State; and

   (b)  whether the project is conducted within, or outside, or within and
        outside, the State.".
