STATES GRANTS (PRIMARY AND SECONDARY EDUCATION ASSISTANCE) AMENDMENT ACT 1995 No. 29, 1995 - SECT 28

Priority languages before Division 2A comes into force 
28. Section 85 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by inserting in subsection (2) ", at any time before the start of
        program year 1995", after "may";

   (b)  by inserting in subsection (4) ", at any time before the start of
        program year 1995" after "may".
