STATES GRANTS (PRIMARY AND SECONDARY EDUCATION ASSISTANCE) AMENDMENT ACT 1995 No. 29, 1995 - SECT 33

33. Section 89 of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by omitting "aggregation of non-government schools" and substituting

"aggregation of non-systemic schools";
(b) by inserting in subsection (1) "before program year 1995" after "a program
year";
(c) by omitting from paragraph (b) of the definition of "Eligible students"
in subsection (2) "non-government" and substituting "non-systemic".
