STATES GRANTS (PRIMARY AND SECONDARY EDUCATION ASSISTANCE) AMENDMENT ACT 1995 No. 29, 1995 - SECT 6

Variation to take account of change if there is no progressive provision of secondary education

6. Section 29 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in paragraph (1)(d)
"and the change does not involve a progressive provision of secondary
education referred to in subsection 29A(1)" after "applicable".
