STATES GRANTS (TERTIARY EDUCATION ASSISTANCE) ACT 1978 No. 188, 1978 - SECT 53

53. Section 26 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (a) of sub-section (4) ''before 1 January
        1979, towards the carrying out of the project'' and substituting '',
        in relation to work carried out before 1 January 1979 in connection
        with the project'';

   (b)  by omitting from paragraph (e) of sub-section (4) all the words after
''amounts'' and substituting ''expended in respect of work carried out before
1 January 1979 in connection with the project''; and

   (c)  by omitting sub-section (5).
