STATES GRANTS (TERTIARY EDUCATION ASSISTANCE) AMENDMENT ACT 1978 No. 53, 1981 - SECT 10

Additional grants in respect of cost increases for major building projects of colleges of advanced education for 1980 

10. Section 21C of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from sub-section (1) ''sub-section 21B (3)'' and
        substituting ''sub-section 21B (1)''; and

   (b)  by omitting from sub-section (3) ''sub-section 21B (3)'' and
        substituting ''sub-section 21B (1)''.
