STATES GRANTS (TERTIARY EDUCATION ASSISTANCE) AMENDMENT ACT 1978 No. 53, 1981 - SECT 23

23. For all purposes of the States Grants (Tertiary Education Assistance)  Act
1978 , as in force either before or after the commencement of this Act-

   (a)  a reference to the State Colleges of Victoria System shall be read as
        a reference to the system of colleges that, immediately before the
        repeal of section 3 of the State College of Victoria Act 1972 of
        Victoria, comprised the constituent colleges of the State College of
        Victoria; and

   (b)  a reference to the Victoria Institute of Colleges System shall be read
        as a reference to the system of colleges that, immediately before the
        repeal of section 3 of the Victoria Institute of Colleges Act 1965 of
        Victoria, comprised the affiliated colleges of the Victoria Institute
        of Colleges.
