Authority to borrow

19. Section 37 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting "sections 8, 11,
11A, 11B, 16, 21, 21A, 21B, 29, 29A, 29B and 30" and substituting "
sections 8, 11, 11A, 11B, 11C, 16, 21, 21A, 21B, 21C, 29, 29A, 29B, 29C and
30".
