Application of moneys borrowed
20. Section 38 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting "section 8, 11,
11A, 11B, 16, 21, 21A, 21B, 29, 29A, 29B or 30" and substituting " section 8,
11, 11A, 11B, 11C, 16, 21, 2UA, 21B, 21C, 29, 29A, 29B, 29C or 30".
