STATES GRANTS (TERTIARY EDUCATION ASSISTANCE) AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 96, 1980 - SECT 25

25. For all purposes of the States Grants (Tertiary Education Assistance)  Act
1977 as in force either before or after the commencement of this Act and for
all purposes of the States Grants (Tertiary Education Assistance) Act  1978 ,
as in force either before or after the commencement of this Act-

   (a)  the Lincoln Institute of Health Sciences shall be deemed to have been,
        and to be, the same body as the Lincoln Institute; and

   (b)  Polding College-

        (i)    shall be deemed to have been, and to be, the same body as the
               Catholic College of Education; and

        (ii)   shall be deemed to have been, and to be, the same body as Good
               Samaritan Teachers College.
