STATES GRANTS (TERTIARY EDUCATION ASSISTANCE) AMENDMENT ACT 1983 No. 120, 1983 - SECT 17

17. Section 31 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by adding ''and'' at the end of paragraph (1) (d);

   (b)  by omitting ''and'' from the end of paragraph (1) (e);

   (c)  by omitting paragraph (1) (f);

         (d)  by omitting from sub-section (4) ''II and IV'' and substituting
''II, IV and VI''; and

         (e)  by omitting from sub-section (5) ''I and III'' and substituting
''I, III and V''.
