STATES GRANTS (TERTIARY EDUCATION ASSISTANCE) AMENDMENT ACT 1983 No. 120, 1983 - SECT 27

Payments may be made out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund or the Loan Fund

27. Section 46 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from paragraph (a)
''19, 21, 21A, 24, 25, 33, 34 or 34A'' and substituting ''13B, 19, 21, 21A,
21B, 24, 25, 33, 34, 34A or 34B''.
