STATES GRANTS (TERTIARY EDUCATION ASSISTANCE) AMENDMENT ACT 1984 No. 50, 1984 - SECT 16

16. Section 32 of the Principal Act is amended-

(a) by omitting from paragraph (5) (a) ''Part III'' and substituting
''Parts III and IV''; and

   (b)  by omitting paragraph (5) (b) and substituting the following
        paragraph:

''(b) by adding at the end thereof the Parts set out in Schedule 7 to this
Act.''.
