33. Section 38 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting ''section 8, 11,
11A, 16, 21, 21A, 29, 29A or 30'' and substituting '' section 8, 11, 11A, 11B,
16, 21, 21A, 21B, 29, 29A, 29B or 30''.
