STATES GRANTS (TERTIARY EDUCATION ASSISTANCE) AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1979 No. 185, 1979 - SECT 36

36. A direction given by the Minister under sub-section 6 (5), 14 (4) or (5),
15 (1), 26 (1) or 31 (1) or (3) of the Principal Act or by the Tertiary
Education Commission under sub-section 6 (4), 14 (3), 15 (2), 26 (2) or 31 (2)
of that Act shall, by force of this section, cease to have effect upon the
commencement of this Act, but this section shall not be taken to affect the
previous operation of the direction.
