STATE GRANTS (TERTIARY EDUCATION ASSISTANCE) AMENDMENT ACT (No. 3) 1985 No. 160, 1985 - SECT 2

2. (1) Sub-section 3 (1) shall be deemed to have come into operation on 4 June
1985.

(2) The remaining provisions of this Act shall come into operation on the day
on which it receives the Royal Assent.
