An Act to amend the States Grants (Tertiary Education Assistance) Act 1981 and
the States Grants (Tertiary Education Assistance) Act 1978, and for related
purposes

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, and the Senate and the House of Representatives of
the Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:

PART I-PRELIMINARY Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the States Grants (Tertiary Education Assistance)
Legislation Amendment Act 1982.
