STATES GRANTS (TERTIARY EDUCATION ASSISTANCE) LEGISLATION ACT 1982 No. 27, 1982 - SECT 12

12. For all purposes of the States Grants (Tertiary Education Assistance)  Act
1981 , as in force either before or after the commencement of this section-

   (a)  the Catholic College of Education, Sydney shall be deemed to have
        been, and to be, the same body as the Combined Catholic College; and

   (b)  The Phillip Institute of Technology shall be deemed to have been, and
        to be, the same body as the Amalgamated Preston Institute of
        Technology/Coburg.
