STATES GRANTS (TERTIARY EDUCATION ASSISTANCE) LEGISLATION ACT 1982 No. 27, 1982 - SECT 21

21. A direction given on or before 28 February 1982 by the Minister under
sub-section 6 (5), 15 (3), (4), (5), (6) or (7), 15A (1), 26 (1) or 31 (1) or
(3) of the Principal Act or by the Commonwealth Tertiary Education Commission
under sub-section 6 (4), 15 (1) or (2), 15A (2), 26 (2) or 31 (2) of that Act
shall, by force of this section, cease to have effect upon the commencement of
this section, but this section shall not be taken to affect the previous
operation of the direction.
