STATES GRANTS (TERTIARY EDUCATION ASSISTANCE) LEGISLATION ACT 1982 No. 27, 1982 - SECT 9

9. (1) Schedule 1 to the Principal Act is repealed and the Schedule set out in
Schedule 1 to this Act is substituted.

(2) Schedule 2A to the Principal Act is repealed and the Schedule set out in
Schedule 2 to this Act is substituted.

(3) Schedule 4 to the Principal Act is repealed and the Schedule set out in
Schedule 3 to this Act is substituted.

(4) Part II of Schedule 7 to the Principal Act is repealed and the Part set
out in Schedule 4 to this Act is substituted.

(5) Part V of Schedule 7 to the Principal Act is repealed and the Part set out
in Schedule 5 to this Act is substituted.

(6) Schedules 8 and 9 to the Principal Act are repealed and the Schedules set
out in Schedule 6 to this Act are substituted.
