STATES GRANTS (PETROLEUM PRODUCTS) AMENDMENT ACT 1983 No. 102, 1983 - SECT 5

5. Section 5 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from sub-section (2) ''power kerosene,'';

         (b)  by omitting from paragraph (5) (a) ''at places to which the
scheme applies'' and substituting '', and delivery by them to places to which
the scheme applies,''; and

   (c)  by adding at the end thereof the following sub-section:

''(7) The scheme may make provision with respect to the fixing or
determination of rates of payment in respect of eligible petroleum products in
relation to places in the Commonwealth that are not specified in the schedule
to the scheme.''.
