STATES GRANTS (RURAL RECONSTRUCTION) ACT 1973 No. 182, 1973 - SECT 5

5. The payments by Australia to a State provided for by the Principal
Agreement as varied by the Supplemental Agreement may be made, by way of
financial assistance to that State on the terms and conditions contained in
the Principal Agreement as so varied, out of moneys appropriated by the
Parliament for the purpose.
