STUDENT IDENTIFIERS ACT 2014 (NO. 36, 2014) - SECT 48

             (1)  The Student Identifiers Special Account is established by this section.

             (2)  The Account is a Special Account for the purposes of the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997 .
