STEVEDORING INDUSTRY AMENDMENT ACT 1976 No. 178, 1976 - SECT 4

4. Section 17 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by adding at the end of sub-paragraph (i) of paragraph (c) of
        sub-section (1) the word ''and''; and

   (b)  by omitting sub-paragraph (ii) of that paragraph.
