STEVEDORING INDUSTRY AMENDMENT ACT 1976 No. 178, 1976 - SECT 7

7. An award or order of the Australian Conciliation and Arbitration Commission
under Division 4 of Part III of the Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1904
providing for long service leave for waterside workers may be made at anytime
after the commencement of this section, notwithstanding that Part IIIA of the
Principal Act is in force at the time of the making of the award or order.
