STEVEDORING INDUSTRY (TEMPORARY PROVISIONS) AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1976 No. 179, 1976 - SECT 2

2. (1) Subject to sub-section (2), this Act shall come into operation on the
day on which it receives the Royal Assent.*1*

(2) Section 4 shall come into operation on the day on which sections 3, 4 and
5 of the Stevedoring Industry Amendment Act 1976 come into operation.
