           Division 1—Preliminary 21 At the end of Division 1 of Part 25 Add: 253A Notices may be given to former relevant persons Any provision of this Part that empowers a notice to be given to a relevant person in relation to a fund or trust also empowers such a notice to be given to a person who has at any time been a relevant person in relation to the fund or trust.
