SUPERANNUATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1986 No. 151, 1986 - SECT 11

11. Section 22 of the Principal Act is repealed and the following section is
substituted: Resignation

"22. The Commissioner may resign office by writing signed by the Commissioner
and delivered to the Governor-General.".
