SUPERANNUATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1986 No. 151, 1986 - SECT 14

14. Section 25 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from sub-section (1) "any of his powers under this Act or
        the superseded Act," and substituting "all or any of the
        Commissioner's powers under this Act, the superseded Act, regulations
        under this Act or regulations under the superseded Act,"; and

   (b)  by omitting from sub-section (2) "or the superseded Act," and
        substituting ", the superseded Act, regulations under this Act or
        regulations under the superseded Act".
