SUPERANNUATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1986 No. 151, 1986 - SECT 40

40. Section 84 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from sub-section (1) "a lump sum benefit be paid in
        accordance with sub-section (2) of this section and, where the
        deceased eligible employee had paid supplementary contributions, an
        additional lump sum benefit in accordance with sub-section (3) of this
        section" and substituting "lump sum benefit be paid in accordance with
        this section";

   (b)  by omitting from sub-section (2) "this sub-section" and substituting
        "this section"; and

   (c)  by omitting sub-section (3).
