SUPERANNUATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1986 No. 151, 1986 - SECT 44

Spouse's benefit where pension reduced on medical grounds and period of contributory service less than 8 years

44. Section 88 of the Principal Act is amended-
(a) by omitting from sub-section (1) "this sub-section" and substituting

"this section"; and

   (b)  by omitting sub-section (2).
