SUPERANNUATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1986 No. 151, 1986 - SECT 47

Orphan benefit-death of eligible employee before attaining maximum retiring age where benefit not reduced on medical grounds and direction not given under section 99

47. Section 98 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from sub-section (3) ", payable out of the Fund,"; and
(b) by omitting from paragraph (5) (a) "out of the Fund".
