SUPERANNUATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1986 No. 151, 1986 - SECT 53

53. Section 119 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting the penalty set
out at the foot of sub-section (7) and substituting the following penalty:

"Penalty-

   (a)  if the offender is a natural person-$100 or imprisonment for 10 days;
        or

   (b)  if the offender is a body corporate-$500.".
