SUPERANNUATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1986 No. 151, 1986 - SECT 89

89. Section 119ZA of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting paragraph (1) (a) and substituting the following
        paragraphs:

"(a) if the pension is suspended under section 119WA-deferred benefits are not
applicable in relation to the person during the period of the suspension of
the pension;

   (aa) if the person's entitlement to the pension is cancelled under section
        119WB-deferred benefits again become applicable in relation to the
        person; and"; and

   (b)  by omitting from paragraph (1) (b) " section 65 does not apply in
        relation to the person but".
