(1) Each Act that is specified in a Schedule to this Act is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this Act has effect according to its terms. (2) The Rules for the Administration of the Public Sector Superannuation Scheme contained in the Schedule to the Trust Deed (within the meaning of the Superannuation Act 1990 ) are amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in Schedule 3 to this Act, and any other item in Schedule 3 to this Act has effect according to its terms.
