STATUTE LAW REVISION ACT 1981 No. 61, 1981 - SECT 104
Matters to be considered before acceptance
104. Section 86 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from sub-section
(3) "an Appeal Tribunal" and substituting "a prescribed court".
