STATUTE LAW REVISION ACT 1981 No. 61, 1981 - SECT 120

120. An act or thing that, by an Act or portion of an Act repealed by this
Part, was made, or was to be deemed to be, lawful, valid or effectual shall,
to be the extent to which it was so made, or was so to be deemed to be,
lawful, valid or effectual, continue to be, or to be deemed to be, lawful,
valid or effectual.
