STATUTE LAW REVISION ACT 1981 No. 61, 1981 - SECT 27

27. Section 4 of the Principal Act is amended -

(a) by omitting the definition of "Active Forces" in sub-section (1);

(b) by omitting the definition of "The Citizen Forces" in sub-section (1) and
substituting the following definition:



"'The Emergency Forces' means the Naval Emergency Reserve Forces, the Regular
Army Emergency Reserve and the Air Force Emergency Force."; and

   (c)  by omitting the definition of "The Reserve Forces" in sub-section (1)
        and substituting the following definitions:



"'The Permanent Forces' means the Permanent Naval Forces, the Australian
Regular Army, the Regular Army Supplement and the Permanent Air Force.



"'The Reserve Forces' means the Australian Naval Reserve, the Australian Army
Reserve and the Australian Air Force Reserve.".
