SNOWY MOUNTAINS HYDRO-ELECTRIC POWER AMENDMENT ACT 1979 No. 156, 1979 - SECT 4

4. Section 10 of the Principal Act is repealed and the following section
substituted: Remuneration
''10. (1) The Commissioner and each Associate Commissioner shall be paid such
remuneration as is determined by the Remuneration Tribunal.

''(2) The Commissioner and each Associate Commissioner shall be paid such
allowances as are prescribed.

''(3) This section has effect subject to the Remuneration Tribunals Act
1973.''.
