SHIPPING REGISTRATION AMENDMENT ACT 1984 No. 16, 1984 - SECT 21

21. Section 65 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting ''Part II''
(wherever occurring) and substituting ''the application of sections 16 and 26
as if the ship were not a registered ship''.
