SHIPPING REGISTRATION AMENDMENT ACT 1984 No. 16, 1984 - SECT 6

Exemptions from registration 

6. Section 13 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by inserting ''Ships less than 24 metres in tonnage length,'' before
''Government''; and

   (b)  by omitting '', pleasure craft and small craft'' and substituting
        ''and pleasure craft''.
