SEAFARERS REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION ACT 1992 No. 234, 1992 - SECT 122

122.(1) The Authority must prepare estimates, in such form as the Minister
directs, of the receipts and expenditure of the Authority for each financial
year and, if the Minister so directs, for any other period specified by the
Minister, and submit those estimates to the Minister not later than such date
as the Minister directs.

(2) The money of the Authority must not be expended otherwise than in
accordance with estimates of expenditure approved by the Minister.

(3) A reference in this section to the receipts and expenditure of the
Authority is taken not to include a reference to amounts of compensation paid
or payable to, or in accordance with the directions of, the Authority under
this Act.
