SEAFARERS REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION ACT 1992 No. 234, 1992 - SECT 124
Borrowings
124.(1) The Authority may borrow money from the Commonwealth.
(2) The Treasurer must determine in writing the terms and conditions of loans
made to the Authority under subsection (1).
(3) The Authority must not borrow money, except under this section, or
otherwise raise money.
