SOCIAL SECURITY (ADMINISTRATION) ACT 1999 - SECT 11
General rule
Subject to Subdivision B, a person who wants to be granted:
(a)
a social security payment; or
(b)
a concession card;
must make a claim for the payment or card in accordance with this Division.
