SOCIAL SECURITY (ADMINISTRATION) ACT 1999 - SECT 136
Notice of decision on review
If a person makes a decision under subsection 135(1) (the review decision ),
the person must:
- (a)
- give the applicant written notice of the review decision; and
- (b)
- if the review decision relates to a decision made under subsection 91A(3)
of the Child Support (Assessment) Act 1989 in relation to a particular
agreement—give written notice of the review decision to the other party
to the agreement.
