SOCIAL SECURITY (ADMINISTRATION) ACT 1999 - SECT 213
False statement to deceive or affect rates
A person must not knowingly or recklessly make a false or misleading statement
to:
- (a)
- deceive an officer doing duty in relation to the social security law; or
- (b)
- affect the rate of a social security payment under the social security
law.
