SOCIAL SECURITY (ADMINISTRATION) ACT 1999 - SECT 213

False statement to deceive or affect rates
A person must not knowingly or recklessly make a false or misleading statement to:

(a)
deceive an officer doing duty in relation to the social security law; or

(b)
affect the rate of a social security payment under the social security law.
