SOCIAL SERVICES AMENDMENT ACT 1978 No. 128, 1978 - SECT 29

29. Section 102 of the Principal Act is amended-

(a) by omitting from sub-section (2) ''from the date'' and substituting ''from
the commencement of the next endowment period after the date'';

   (b)  by omitting from sub-section (2) ''that date'' and substituting ''the
        commencement of the next endowment period after that date'';

   (c)  by omitting from sub-section (3) ''from the date'' and substituting
        ''from the commencement of the next endowment period after the date'';
        and

   (d)  by omitting from sub-section (3) ''that date'' and substituting ''the
        commencement of the next endowment period after that date''.
