SOCIAL SERVICES AMENDMENT ACT 1978 No. 128, 1978 - SECT 8

8. Section 45 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting paragraph (b) of sub-section (1) and substituting the
        following paragraph:

''(b) is not a permanently blind person; and'';

   (b)  by omitting sub-paragraph (ii) of paragraph (a) of sub-section (2) and
        substituting the following sub-paragraph:

''(ii) is not a permanently blind person; and''; and

   (c)  by omitting from sub-section (7) ''person to whom sub-section (2AA) of
section 28 applies'' and substituting ''permanently blind person''.
